Our hose reels feature a highly robust construction. Features such as the winding aid and the overrun bracket make handling significantly easier. During winding, the winding aid ensures precise hose placement across the full reel width. The overrun bracket helps to catch the hose. When unwinding, the winding aid simplifies lateral hose placement at the field edge.
HYDRAULICAL REWINDING
The hydraulic rewind of the hose reel enables a powerful and effortless retrieval of the hoses – all comfortably with the tractor stationary. By pulling it in precisely, the hose is wound tightly, maximising the drum’s capacity.
POWER & SPEED
The hose reels combine power and speed in one system. Via a compact electric control unit, the second hydraulic motor can be easily switched on or off – as needed. This allows you to flexibly choose between maximum power for tough conditions or high speed for fast winding and unwinding. This simple switching makes operation particularly functional and adapts perfectly to any application.
ROBUST CONSTRUCTION
The hose reels impress with a robust construction. The flat base ensures a secure stand on almost any surface. The sturdy frame and specially reinforced drum walls reliably withstand the high pressure of wound hoses. For maximum durability, safety, and stability – wherever you are in operation.

The green TPU hoses impress with a combination of practical benefits and top quality and are used as pull hoses. Choose hoses that stand out for their functionality and durability, and make a clear statement of reliability and quality with the colour green. Available in other colours on request.

RUBBER HOSES

Rubber hoses (NBR) have proven to be a reliable solution for slurry transport over long distances. In combination with TPU pull hoses, they form an economical and practical system. Available in various diameters and wall thicknesses, they are also ideal for use in field irrigation.
CLASSIC (EXTRA SMOOTH) VS NBR
Durable transport hose made of high-quality NBR with embedded high-strength fabric – robust, long-lasting, and ideal for slurry hose lines, irrigation, or similar applications. The abrasion-resistant outer layer protects against contact heat (CLASSIC), while the smooth version (EXTRA SMOOTH) facilitates use on grassland. UV- and ozone-resistant, with consistently high quality thanks to needling and vulcanisation.
